How to Tell Your Story Effectively

Lead with facts, not just feelings
What happened? When? Where? Who was involved? Specific details make your account credible and harder to dismiss.

Include the impact
How did it affect you — your health, work, family, finances? Impact makes the story human and real to those who haven't lived it.
3️⃣
Say what you want to happen
An apology? A policy change? Accountability? A clear ask gives your story direction and makes it harder to ignore.
4️⃣
Choose anonymity if needed
